Seal group


PDI produces floating seals for a wide range of machines and appliances such as track roller, idler and so on.
Floating seal has been manufactured with the selected alloy material for the through hardening process, securing the durability of anti-abrasion and oil-resistance and perfection of the leak-proof function.
This product, made out of cast steel, undergo accurate machining and hardening process, gives them a hardness HRC66(surface&core) and tensile strength 63.275kg/§² and therefore, this product is a forged item allowing even no minor detects. Our R&D team has innovated the technology of forging to minimize the occurrence of defects and has improved the quality of product, and the product has the feature of extreme hardness through the paricular heat-treatment and so, the quality of our product warrants user's desire and demand.
